<p>Janice serves on the SWACU Sales and Service Committee, the SWACU FOCUS and ALCO Committees.  Her past professional achievements include President of the Texas Credit Union Real Estate Network, Chairman’s Achievement Award, and ACUMA Membership Award.</p>

She also chartered a local chapter of the Capital Region Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN).  Sykes holds an accounting degree from Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, N.Y. and has received multiple certifications from the American Institution of Banking, based in Albany N.Y.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Wright-Patt, Jennifer managed regulatory compliance projects as AVP of the Regulatory Compliance Department at National City Mortgage.  She served on the Compliance Advisory Group and was a member of the Housing Policy Council.</p>
<p>Jennifer also spent several years in the real estate title industry, and provided continuing education to mortgage and real estate professionals in multiple states.</p>
<p>Jennifer is the author of state-accredited educational materials for mortgage professionals, and has been a frequent guest speaker at credit union and banking industry forums.</p>

<p>Adriana has worked as a consultant for the federal regulatory agency National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in assessing and restructuring failed, failing, and troubled credit unions as they relate to their residential mortgage lending portfolio risks. Over the course of her Credit Union and Mortgage Lending career, Adriana has held Executive Management roles, including positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Lending Office, Executive Vice President, Director of Operations, and Director of Policy and Procedure Development where she played an instrumental role in leading the day-to-day operations at various Mortgage Lending institutions. <p>In her role as the Director of Industry Analysis at Callahan, Lydia leads the company&#8217;s ongoing research activities related to all areas of credit union financial performance. Lydia also conducts research related to credit union non-interest income sources and tracks the affect of new legislation and regulation upon those revenue streams. Her particular focus within Callahan&#8217;s Analytics department includes the oversight and development of Callahan&#8217;s financial analysis software products, including the integration of bank data into the tools. Additionally, Lydia manages the front-end research and publication of the Callahan/SCS Retail Investment Services Study, an industry-leading report on the productivity and financial performance of member investment services at credit unions. She holds a B.A. in American Studies from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a major in Political Science and minor in Economics.</p>
