In her role as the Director of Industry Analysis at Callahan, Lydia leads the company’s ongoing research activities related to all areas of credit union financial performance. Lydia also conducts research related to credit union non-interest income sources and tracks the affect of new legislation and regulation upon those revenue streams. Her particular focus within Callahan’s Analytics department includes the oversight and development of Callahan’s financial analysis software products, including the integration of bank data into the tools. Additionally, Lydia manages the front-end research and publication of the Callahan/SCS Retail Investment Services Study, an industry-leading report on the productivity and financial performance of member investment services at credit unions. She holds a B.A. in American Studies from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a major in Political Science and minor in Economics.
